Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Email OTP API and related services (the "Service") operated by Pavlin Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our API. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages (SPAM) or marketing emails.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or brute-force OTP endpoints.
• Mask your identity for fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to instantly revoke API keys and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pavlin Tech makes no warranties regarding the absolute reliability of email delivery, as this heavily depends on downstream providers and carrier filters.

In no event shall Pavlin Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
